The 3 Sisters of Aemrawen

A very long time ago, 3 mighty magicians put together all their power to create a secret land, hidden behind magical gates, locked with strong spells and curses.

They called the land Aemrawen and used to meet there once a year to show up their best spells and share their latest discoveries, far away from the real world and strictly hidden from humans.

After many years the magicians decided to stay in Aemrawen forever and work out new charms together.

In Aemrawen the magicians became stronger every day and they made the land a beautiful place to live.

But after a while they felt lonely. So they decided to create 3 women, one for every wizard.

Finally the day came when Raniae, Eaewen and Aniel arose from the same ray of light. The elves were wonderful creatures with elfish power - but they also were different in their minds.

And then their birthday turned into a disaster.

The 2 elfish sister were so beautiful that their creators could not agree about which one to choose!

So the wizards started a violent conflict because every one of them wanted to all 2 elves for himself.

It was a deadly fight. And when it was over, the wizards were gone, their house had turned into a hexed temple of dark magic - and the poor elves were alone.

Eaewen, Raniae and Aniel fled from the battlefield and settled down in the Valley of Aemrawen.

The elves lived a happy live and only returned to the dark temple at their birthday to remember their creators. Everything was peaceful in Aemrawen and the sister's love was strong, their hearts filled with passion.

ScrollsUntil the sad day when the curious and unrestrained Raniae activated the Gate to Reality! She crossed the border and moved into the world of mortals.

When Eaewen, who was brave, strong and never afraid of anything, realized the loss of her sister, she also crossed the gate, trying to bring Raniae back.

Only the shy and fearful Aniel was left alone, crying so much that her sad tears filled the Lake of Desire. And Aniel had reason to cry...

The magicians had cursed Aemrawen's gates to prevent the elves from running away. If they wanted to leave their golden cage, they would be hexed!

So it happened that Raniae and Eaewen were put down by those strong charms when they crossed the Gate of Reality. And the vengeance of the wizards was cruel...
