Because Eaewen went through the Gate of Reality with the intention to bring Raniae back, she kept her elfish power and identity. But to make Eaewen use her magic in humility she turned into a hermaphrodite: She has a female body with a penis and testicles.

 

Only Eaewen can break the curse and free her sisters. For that she must find the secret gat to Aemrawen, bring Raniae back and celebrate a magical ceremony. It's most important that nobody lifts up Eaewen's secret before she's back in Aemrawen - and also Raniae must not know her true identity too early.
